Bodywork & Conscious Touch is a gentle, body led session designed to support your nervous system, release held tension, and help you reconnect with yourself through safe, attuned touch.
This is not about forcing the body to relax.
It is about creating the right conditions for your body to feel safe enough to soften.

Depending on what feels right, a session may include massage, reflexology, intuitive touch, grounding practices, breath awareness, or gentle energetic support.
The focus is not on following one fixed technique. The focus is on listening to your body and supporting what is ready to shift.

This work is slow, intuitive, and deeply respectful.
You will never be pushed beyond what feels safe. Your body leads the pace, and each session is shaped around your needs, your boundaries, and your system’s capacity.
The intention is to help you feel more present, more grounded, and more at home in yourself.
