Retreat Facilitator Bio:
I hold deeply transformational retreat spaces for women who are ready to come home to themselves. Rooted in body-based healing and soul connection, my retreats weave together sound healing journeys, vocal activation, cacao ceremonies, somatic movement, intuitive energy work, and sacred rest. Whether in wild nature or intimate sanctuary, I create spaces where women can unravel, remember, and rise. Alongside running my own retreats, I’m also honoured to be invited into other facilitators’ spaces as a guest practitioner — bringing grounded, powerful presence and deep energetic medicine to amplify the experience.
